Last November, Ping went to Loi Krathong with her family near the Ping River in Chiang Mai. They wore beautiful traditional costumes. The streets were covered in decorations.
At the temple, they watched a ceremony and gave an offering. Hundreds of lanterns floated into the sky. It was the most beautiful tradition Ping had ever seen.
Then a huge parade passed the street. Fireworks filled the night sky. Ping felt so proud to celebrate her Thai culture!
