Dao has a busy day at school. Her first class is math. The teacher writes numbers on the board and the students solve problems. Dao thinks math is hard, but she tries her best. The second class is science â her favorite! Today they learn about plants and how they grow.
After lunch, the classroom is quiet because it is time for English class. The teacher reads a story and everyone listens. Then they have history class and learn about kings and queens from long ago.
At the end of the day, the teacher gives them homework â five math problems and one page of reading. "Remember, the big exam is on Friday!" says the teacher. Dao walks to the library to study with her friends.
