3. Present Perfect Passive: has/have been + V3
ใช้กับสิ่งที่เพิ่งเสร็จหรือมีผลถึงปัจจุบัน — has/have been + V3
The report has been completed. (รายงานถูกทำเสร็จแล้ว)

4. Thai tip: Passive is not always negative
ภาษาไทย "ถูก" มักลบ แต่ passive ภาษาอังกฤษใช้ได้ทั้งบวกและกลาง
