รายงานและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นภาษาของธุรกิจ เมื่อเขียนรายงาน เรามักใช้ Passive Voice เพราะเน้นว่าอะไรถูกทำ ไม่ใช่ใครทำ เช่น "The report was completed yesterday" (รายงาน<ถูก>ทำเสร็จเมื่อวาน) Passive Voice คล้ายกับ "ถูก" ในภาษาไทย แต่ใช้กว้างกว่า

Reports and data analysis are the language of business. In report writing, we often use Passive Voice because the focus is on WHAT was done, not WHO did it. For example: "The report was completed yesterday." Passive Voice is similar to "ถูก" in Thai, but is used much more widely in English.
